We recognize that the current economy is tough, and that not everyone can so easily afford to attend a Muster. There are some folks that can more readily afford to take off the time from work, and spend a lot more than others are able to, but we have found that the larger majority of the people who wish to attend cannot so easily afford to do so. Some members of our community are people who are retired, who are students, have large families, or have other financial obligations that will not easily allow a trip to a Muster at any time. This is frankly not fair! One way of trying to make it fair and affordable for everyone is the Pricing Policy for all of the Winds of Valor Musters - keep the costs low and more people can afford our special trips to the fields. Make it a set amount each time, and people can set up their budgets easier for each Spring and Fall to meet with their friends and family at Gettysburg or elsewhere. We feel comfortable that we have provided an easier and more affordable method of meeting everyone's needs and wants as best as possible with our prices. But let's take it one step further - Winds of Valor wants to provide an easy and simple way to:
2. Earn additional income for yourself and your family all year round. 3. Help secure donated goods or services for our Silent Auctions and Preservation Raffles 4. Assist in achieving our community Preservation Funds goals 5. Help Winds of Valor meet our annual operating expenses in providing these services for you So, here's what have to offer to you... If you or your child were ever in scouting, or in a school or church magazine drive, a candy sale, or related fundraising activity, you will already be somewhat familiar with what we have in mind for everyone, whether you plan to attend a Winds of Valor Muster or not. You help us sell ads for our web site and Winds of Valor Magazine, and we will help you or we will pay for all Muster Package Costs for each of the adults, students and children that you wish to attend our Musters! Not only that, but you can earn additional income and/or credits for future Muster Packages as an Independent Contractor for Winds of Valor! AND you can assist in raising even more Battlefield Preservation Funds all at the same time! We will provide you with all of the marketing materials, prices, contracts, official letters and full instructions, along with full support for both you and your advertiser. Our Program is such that you can earn enough points that Winds of Valor will actually pay your Muster Package costs for the coming Spring Muster 2004, and you can earn further credits for future Musters.
