Editors Note: This is something of a new feature. I really did not ask any staff member to put together any monsters of this magazine. Somehow or other I ended up with a few and decided to make this a featured column rather than introduce each monster separately. If you have a unique monster be it for fantasy or science fiction please send it in. I'm sure it will end up in an issue and just may end up in a game. Standing on short, powerful legs and reaching to an average height of five feet, the Jebelle have limited mobility on land. They are at home in the water, where these same stumpy legs in conjunction with their webbed feet propel them swiftly. Their arms are of normal length and their hands are only slightly webbed. . In water they use their hands to provide excellent maneuverability. They never wear clothing in the water, just belts to hang supplies and equipment from. If on land for extended periods of time, they will often wear broad-brimmed hats and loose, damp clothing to protect them from the sun and its drying effects. Their skin is rough and rubbery. It is colored in distinctive swirls of blues and greens. Their eyes are large, round, and normally gold, although other colors are known to exist. They have no noticeable nose. They have absolutely no hair, although the top of their skull is often mistaken for perfectly styled hair. They have gill slits on both sides of their neck which they breathe through while in water. They are a nomadic people and are organized into large groups that travel together for companionship and protection. The group will often be shepherding several schools of fish, each much larger than the entire group. If they end up in an area for several years, or traveling between several different areas in a regular pattern, they will raise beds of kelp and other agricultural products.
