Editorial

The New Year

by Bill Brierton

I really didn't think that I would actually get the second issue out much less the first. While there is interest in the newszine there is very little in the way of subscriptions, articles or even artwort. Sure I can use clipart but just how long, before I run out, and who what articles that only I wrote. It can be rather boring to read just one persons opinion and stories. I hope that the interest that is there will continue and I will let some folks to write, send in artwork etc, but until then it's just me and my own style of writing.

Oh you may notice the slightly new format, and that is due to the home pc being put to use versus my at work pc. I'm still experimenting with fonts, and styles and just about all the new features the home pc has over the work pc. So please feel free to tell me what you like and what you don't like. I will try to improve on this as time goes by, but I'm not here looking for an English class. I realize that l am trying to make White Knight look as professional as possible but English grammer wasn't my best subject in high school.

I don't know what this issue will contain. As I write the opening editorial, I have to decide what other items of interest I can write about. I can tell you that I am not making any profit off this endeavor, though my wife hopes I don't send free copies to everybody, if she only knew. So folks, I've rambled on long enough and I hope you do enjoy this issue and maybe help me out.
