When totting-up dice Reaction factors in rules such as those of the Wargames Research Group, one tends to lose count and have to start again. A way of preventing this is to have the factors typed in tabular form and stuck onto a piece of card which is covered by a piece of transparent plastic using a wax chinograph pencil, the factors can be ticked as you go and totalled up in the space right at the bottom of the table.
