We apologize for the late delivery of the September Newsletter. At the end of August, we returned to the USA on emergency leave. On 11 September 2001, we were in the air returning to Korea. Due to the attack, we were grounded in TX for 8 days. We have been playing “catch-up” since returning to the RoK. October’s newsletter is currently underway and you should see it soon.
