This relates to our rule clarification/amendment section. I found a photocopied article in an old file - it was taken from a study in the US after WW2, and assessed the relative strengths of tank armour by accounting for its thickness, angle slope, steel type. Each tank is given a points value. I have tried to fit in the rapid fire statistics, and have come up with the following
class E - 21-40 class D - 41-60 class C - 61-80 class B - 81-100 class A - 100+ The vast majority of RF stats fit in with the information, a Sherman is 73, a PzIV H/J is 73, a T34/76 is 77 ; SO THEY ARE RIGHTLY IN THE C CATEGORY. However, there are also major discrepancies. A lot of the early war stuff currently at E should be put into F. AMENDMENTSBritish MATILDA I C
