SCALE

20mm figures (3/4") equal 6' or 2 yards. The reader may use any of the following-three scales with the basic move based on the Infantry moving 100 yards in one turn.

    1/10 3/4" equals 20 yds.
    1/5 3/4" equals 10 yds.
    1" equals 20 yards.

* It takes 1/2 move to limber or unlimber a gun from the towing vehicle.

    Move 2 - full move or half move and unlimbers
    Move 3 - unlimbers and fires

Hits - short 4/5/6, medium range 5/6, long range 6
Prone or dug in infantry firing add 1 to the die score, firing against prone or dug in infantry, discount long range firing, unless on a higher elevation, and confirm hits with 4/5/6 at short range, 5/4/5/6/, at medium range, and 6 at long range.
close quarter combat - 1" or less - all hits count
If infantry is taken in the flank, then the flanker fires first, and those who are left may return fire (Exception)

If infantry is firing against head on infantry and is fired on from the flank, everyoLe fires and casualties are assessed as usual

The above table takes into consideration only the most popular tanks used in the desert.
All tanks are considered able to fire one machine gun.
Tanks may move a full move and not fire, or 1/2 move and fire, or if stationary, add 1 to the hit probability on the die.
Only Pz. Mk III and IV, along with the Grants and Shermans may fire A/P shells against infantry.
