Following the tradition of Don Featherstone's December 1969 editorial, let me announce that this issue very nearly did not come out!

Due to the drastic deterioration of the editor's domestic situation, the working offices of this fly-by-night operation have been removed from Greenbelt to Cheverly, MD. Frantic efforts are in progress to shift responsibility for this publication to bachelors on the staff. Desperate measures, including the provision of their names to refund seeking subscribers are under consideration.

In the meantime, though our regular box number is still available, for prompt action, inquiries may be made to Pat Condray, 5719 Lockwood Rd., Chverly, MD 20785.

I am not in a position to handle orders or inquiries concerning Editions Belubre, but will fill orders received to date as figures arrive.

With respect to issues 6,7,and 8, in spite of the uncertainties of life, we are resolved to carry on to the end in the spirit of the Light Brigade--hopefully, you will get them.
