The long awaited grudge match battle between Caesar and Bill will take place at the November Game Day. No, really, this time they are going to settle this unless one of them sprouts chicken feathers. John has been appointed referee and supreme arbitrator. The scenario will be Kursk, July 1943. Both sides have 2500 points to buy their armies using Battalions in Crisis rules. Points may be spent on tanks, soldiers, half-tracks, trucks, morale, and other equipment of war. Both players are allowed a cost overrun of 25 points. So it is written, so it shall be done! If either player backs out this time they will be awarded the 1999 Golden Turkey Award. Drive carefully Caesar.
