How many SPI Leningrads are there in the 3” (rather than more usual 1”) box? A conversation with an owner of one suggested that about 40 of them were hastily made during the collapse of the SPI empire, to use up the available stock of boxes. The Leningrad cover sheet was glued on the box as a cover illustration. A lot of people have commented that these do not exist, and have never seen one.
