New Places, New People Freundeskreis This is a group of Germans, younger than the WW II veterans, who strive to keep the history of their WW II Kriegsmarine and the men alive. We have been invited to spend time with them and many veterans during the time of our “Patrol” in North Germany. This is an honor for us, and we look forward to being with them and the great many veterans who will also be with us. Have you signed on for one or both of our “Patrols” yet? There is still room, but time is getting short. Don’t wait for next year. Fraud Liar Cheat Those are strong words, and they are meant to be. You’ll remember some years ago, we exposed a fraud in Chicago who was selling photos of German veterans of WW II with their signatures – only it was this guy himself who was putting the signatures on the photos. I called him on the phone way back then without telling him who I was, and he told me how all these great men, especially OTTO KRETSCHMER (122-+|-1985) would stay in his home when they visited Chicago. The guy was a liar – he never met the great KRETSCHMER and he was forging all those signatures. And now it is reported that he is telling his suckers – I mean buyers, that he has acquired the estate of our dear friend GERD THÄTER (194-+-1986) and all that is for sale by him. He is selling cheap fakes, as none of GERD’s things came to Chicago or to this cheat. Check the website under BREAKING NEWS for full details on this cheap crook and his fake stories. Your comments on this crook are welcome. BBC Praise The BBC considers SHARKHUNTERS to be:
