We have already read the new clues [below] from RICHARD GAY (6413-2001) on page, but you can rule out the French Rivera. HARRY HALL (1547-1990) made that guess but RICHARD tells us that this is not the place where he was.

Okay, so he was not on the French Rivera – so where was he? Remember, there is a prize for the first Member to guess correctly.

2. My companion’s name was Beauregard; she cost me $100
3. When I paid the check, the cashier was actually American
4. Do not be led astray by the blonde – I almost was
5. Beauregard did not take the photo. She was out in the car
6. The last name Guay is French. I used it as an alias
7. Perrier had something to do with the cover I was under
8. I wrote the Spanish caption on the photo in March 1983
9. Caveat: KTB #161, page 14, line 1 “spying is never quite what it seems”.
