Patrol: Chance of a Lifetime

by Harry Cooper

Yes, it’s that time again –time when I remind Members of our upcoming “Patrols” in Europe now, I think we must look hard, very hard, at these “Patrols”. It is highly unlikely that any of these veterans, well into their 80’s, will ever board a plane again for the United States, so there probably will not be any more “Patrols” in this country. Not wanting to look to the negative, but we must remember that we have lost five great veterans over the past five months. The time to go on a Sharkhunters “Patrol” is now – or perhaps, miss the chance of a lifetime.
