Membership Contest

Whoever brings the most new Members aboard (minimum of 15) wins the GRAND PRIZE. The prize is – your choice of: 1. Life Membership (Seaman level) or 2. a $600 shopping spree from our catalog or 3. $250 CASH!

The 2002 Membership Contest is rolling along nicely. We see several ‘veterans’ of the recruiting contests bringing new Members aboard and many new Members have also made their mark in the Membership Contest. Now it’s time to get cranking 2002 Contest:

Prayers Needed

You will remember that we asked you to keep our dear friend GERHARD DIETRICH (5923-1999) in your prayers, as he appeared to be fighting bone cancer. I am most pleased to announce that GERD is in great shape again, and no cancer! Thanks to all who kept him in your prayers.

It seemed that his doctor gave him some incorrect medicine and that caused his health to deteriorate so rapidly. GERD figured something was wrong, so he researched the medicine and decided it was wrong for him – and he just quit taking it. Within a month, he was back to normal – thank God!
