Some years ago, MILES GRAHAM (521-+-1988) sent us a story about the time he served aboard U-2513 as prize crew. We ran that story in our KTB Magazine and then MILES passed away. We recently sent the story to the NAVAL SUBMARINE LEAGUE (233-1987) and they ran the story in their publication, and they sent a check for $100 to MILES in care of SHARKHUNTERS. We sent it onward to his widow with a note of explanation. Imagine our surprise when the check came back here, endorsed to SHARKHUNTERS with a note from Tensie Graham. It said:
This was a timely arrival as Miles was buried 6 years and 1 month ago today. (Date of the letter was 30 March 2002) I choose to return the check to deposit in your treasury for whatever. Miles would have wanted it this way.
