HANSA she came to the Kriegsmarine on 26 September 1940 and was an accommodation ship for TIRPITZ. On 2 December 1940 was a U-boat depot ship at Gotenhafen. In January 1945 she became a refugee transport ship and on 6 March 1945, she struck an air dropped mine of the RAF off Gedeser LV. She was taken in tow, headed for Warnemunde but sank en route. December 1949 she was raised and repaired in Antwerp and Warnemunde. In 1950 she went to the Soviets as 55 SOVETSKY SOJUS.

HEINZ HORN came to the Kriegsmarine 24 November 1939 as a U-boat tender. To Wesermunde then on 15 January 1941 she was transferred to Memel. Over 18-19 Dec. 1944, she was bombed by RAF aircraft, stranded at Gotenhafen. 1945-46 she was the accommodation ship GMSA in Kiel, 29 June '46 to Great Britain, 10 July 1946 to Netherlands as BETUWE and in 1947, to Norway as LIVARDEN.

KANDELFELS to the Kriegsmarine in 1939. 6 February 1940 she was Schiff 33 (PINGUIN) or Raider "17", 8 May 1941 she was engaged by the cruiser HMS CORNWALL and a direct hit on her mines aboard caused the destruction of the ship at 03 degrees 30N x 57 degrees 48'E with 341 killed or died as PoW.'s - 87 survived.

NJASSA 9 August 1939 to the Kriegsmarine as accommodations ship at the Kriegsmarine Werft in Kiel. 1942 transferred to Wilhelmshaven. 30 March 1945 bombed by Allied A/C, burned and sunk Wilhelmshaven harbor. 1945, raised 1946, broken up on site.
