What did you think when you read these 25 points to remember as an officer? Pretty honorable and decent. So who wrote them?

This code was given by Colonel General Johannes Friessner to new German officers in Berlin, April 1940. Friessner, a Colonel at the time, was Inspector of the Army Education & Training Department.
