Helping Members to better understand some of the naval terms (both German and English) used in World War II and our KTB.

Milchkuh ‘Milk cow’ by strict translation, it referred to the Type XIV U-boat tankers that resupplied Front Boots with fuel and other necessities;

Mixer nickname for torpedo mechanics;

Monsunboote Certain U-boats that operated in the Far East and in the Indian Ocean
