Viceroy of India

China, Russia and - Cuba?

by Harry Cooper (1-LIFE-1983)

YOYA KAWAMURA (1739-LIFE-1991), our Far East Representative sent us an e-mail of 6 December 2001, which states:

“It is reported that China is negotiating with Russia on the takeover of the listening post on Cuba. This intelligence collecting station is costing Russia about 300 million dollars per year, and Russia can’t afford to keep it anymore. China wants it.

If this is true, China’s ambition is really alarming.”

EDITOR NOTE - remember in KTB #157 last month, we reported on the Chinese Navy war games in which the major training objective was to destroy the giant American aircraft carriers. We have predicted for months now that China will soon be a major threat to world peace.
