RADM JOSEPH PECK (4278-1995) seen here in his whites in the front row, has begun his Eternal Patrol. He was with us for our 2000 ‘Patrol in Paradise’ and was a really great guy, full of fun, and we will miss him. He was 94 years of age. Sail on in peace JOE; we miss you.
