Softbound edition published by Squadron/Signal in 1977, containing 50 pages, 113 photographs. No. 1 in the warship series. Brief typical text is highlighted with excellent photographs, many from the Bundsarchiv and a colored centerfold drawing of a U-boat surrounded by various insignias. The captions on the photos are longer than normal and contain a lot of information. Most of the information provided seems to be accurate and detailed.

EDITOR NOTE - about two years ago, our Member TIM KUTTA (48391996) used the SHARKHUNTERS archive & photos to update and re-write this book. It was really well done.
