Some were fanciful dreams - others were very real!
ME-163 Komet Rocket Powered Fighter Plane
We know that this was not fanciful imagination; this plane was real and our EAGLEHUNTERS Member WOLFGANG SPäTE (EH121-1994) flew the first KOMET. By the time this plane made it off the drawing board and into reality as a prototype, the war was almost over, so the KOMET did not go into mass production.
