Hundreds of U-Boats were surrendered at the end of the war to the British who sank these boats in Operation ‘DEADLIGHT’. Where were they sunk? Norman Field tells us the following:

U-294	VII-C/41	Sunk by gunfire at 55.44N x 08.40W
