On 22 April, 1995 our friend REAR ADM. ERICH TOPP (118-LIFE-1985) lost his beloved wife, Ilse.
I had met Frau Topp on two occasions. She was a fine lady and quite an accomplished artist.
We know she is sorely missed by her family and her friends, and our sympathies and prayers are with the entire TOPP family.
