of U-Boat Crew

Sometime in August 1942, a small Icelandic fishing boat rescued 52 Germans from a sinking U-Boat, including the crew of a German aircraft which crashed into the sea after an aerial fight with a British aircraft, which also crashed while trying to sink the U-Boat. We think this action took place NW of Ireland, as the fishing boat was on its way from Iceland to Fleetwood in the U.K.
