In KTB #110 last month, we asked an interesting riddle - for your information and enjoyment only. No answers were needed. Who is
2. The oldest German on the South Pole? Before we read the answer, let me give some additional data. Our Member is 81 years old, spent 15 days in a tent on the South Pole with temperatures about -30 (Centigrade) which is about -70 on the Fahrenheit scale; storms of FORCE 12 whistled past outside. It is no surprise that this SHARKHUNTERS Member was Skipper of the first U-Boat to sink a ship in American waters; to win the KNIGHTS CROSS with OAK LEAF CLUSTER......the answer is K.K.
