In a news clipping received from ART JACOBSON (2154-1992), we read the following:
“The wreck of the British submarine E-3, one of the first submarine casualties of World War I, has been discovered off the northern Dutch coast, a diver’s group said Thursday (3 Nov., 1994). The submarine carried a crew of 28, but no bodies were found inside the wreck.”
