ROBERT McMILLAN (891-1988) sends us a clipping from the DAILY EXPRESS and the DAILY RECORD (England) that tells how the protesters from Greenpeace have been harassing the TRIDENT (VANGUARD Class to the ROYAL NAVY) submarines HMS VICTORIOUS and HMS VANGUARD. HMS VANGUARD was performing missile launching tests off Cape Canaveral, Florida as protesters tried unsuccessfully to interrupt launchings, and protestors also tried to prevent HMS VICTORIOUS from entering her base at Faslane. up the Clyde.
