4. Notes
a) Game scale: close order (Pk,Sp) 1/3000, open order (Ax,Cv,Bw) 1/2000, loose order (LH,Ps) 1/1000

b) Treat the Granicus as a normal river, i.e., as if a 3 or 4 had been rolled for type of river--it provides a defensive bonus, but is everywhere fordable. Elements may cross it without the necessity of rollng (for each eleaent) a 3,4,5 or 6.

Rivers are not considered rough going for elements crossing then for combat purposes.

c) Alexander may add an additional +1 on all movement die rolls.
