Welsh Long Spear Vs. Viking Huscarls

Welsh:
3 x Units of UI Wb(F) Long Spear with Shield (Loose Order) (12 stands at 3 points per stand) for a total of 36 points
Start 5 ½ inches from the Viking Huscarls

Vikings:
Single Unit of HI Veteran Axe and Shield Huscarls with General (all Close Order) 5 x Stands of Huscarls at 7 points per stand for 35 points and a General stand for 33 points for a total 68 points

Question:
As the Welsh are Warbands, what order/formation can the Viking give and/or be in to do maximun damage to the Welsh.?

(Hint: Don’t forget about the next round of combat!) (Assume no additional units are involved this or next turn and no limit to the number of orders orders given! i.e. The Welsh have 3 while the Vikings one order!)

Cavalry charging uphill into shieldwall

Two 4-stand enemy foot units, lightly armored, are in close order armed with spears in shieldwall, uphill with Defend orders. Both are fully supported by a general (1 stand) behind and between them.

You have three units, two 2-stand heavy cavalry units, one with a general, and one 6-stand loose order UI archer unit. Your cavalry are armed with lance and shield but cannot wedge.

How would you attack the enemy position? Explain why and what you could do to ensure the success of your attack.
