Poll Results

by Terry Gore

I ran a tabulation on the rules group re: AW/MW. Here are the results. We had a little less than 10% response, not bad for a polling event. Anyway, here are the answers in percentages to the questions.

1. How many of the rules group members actually play AW and or MW? Do you play or have you played AW or MW?

Of those that answered this question:
Not yet played = 18%
Played less than 6 games = 30%
Played 6 or more games = 52%

2. Do you have a local gaming group or do you play AW/MW with a friend or group of friends?

No group or friends close enough to play = 7%
Play with small group of friends = 37%
Play with a club or organization = 56%
[This surprised me.]

3. How often do you play? Weekly? Bi-weekly (that's our gaming schedule here in Rochester).

Weekly = 12%
Bi-weekly = 29%
Monthly = 29%
Sporadically = 30%

Alea Acta Est = 2%
Flower of Chivalry = 2%
Quincux = 2%
Legion and Empire = 2%
Looking for Frank Chadwick's rules = 4%
[Some members put down several rules sets as being played.]

5. Do you feel that the rules author(s) and editor(s) do an adequate job answering player questions?

All very positive responses. thanks!

6. If not, how can we improve the quality of our responses?

Only responses were in in respect to Foundry getting the rules finished and published....
