The rules, Medieval Warfare, look good. I am not familliar with WRG 7th, but from what I have heard this sounds like a cleaned up version of that game.

I had to make a few lists to play my era and I thought I would pass them on if you were interested. I had trouble with the DBM Lh(s) type class. I guess I need to see SC in action to know if they can stand up to PMC's.
