1. Impetuous troops - aren't.

2. The more Important the counter, the lower the number you will roll on the dice.

3. The only good unit is one that is routing -- at least you know what it is going to do.

4. Ifthe enemy is in charge range, SO ARE YOU!

5. I you attack is going real well, it's an ambush.

6. If it's stupid but works, it isn't stupid.

7. When you have secured a flank zone, don't forget to tell the enemy.

8. The enemy diversion you are ignoring is the main attack.

9. Expensive troops have one function - to make waiver tests for routing friends.

10. For every down roll in combat, there is an equal or lower roll for waivers.

11. Shaken - a state of morale after seeing your horribly expensive, Incredibly detailed pointed troops dumped out onto a luggage carousel.

12. Beware of Irregular D's - they know they're going to do.

13. Flank Attack - the option of leaving all your figures at home bemuse they never save anyway.

14. Average dice - WOO.

15. Hoplites: similar to Miller Lits, it won't slow you down or fill you up. (See speed bump).

18. A historical opponent is when you face the same gamer more than once in a tournament.

19. Irregular A type troops are the high point of any game. They are either totally out of position, or totally destroyed.

20. The command with your shock troops will always be on Delay Orders at the same moment all your Irregular D units go Into Rush orders.

21. Fatigue - What happen when for the 4th time in this game your opponent asks you what happens when his Irregular As have rolled up again.

22. Elephants. when left to themselves, are gentle creatures to be admired from a distance.

23. Never attack with your generals! They should be in the back leading the retreat in a firm and smartly manner.

24. Biologist weapons: Please refrain from giving Scott any more Corona's with times and "Nicks Garbage Plates' at tournarnents.

25. Skirmishers - table top can-can troupe.

26. If you can think of any type of terrain that you can't possibly assault with your army list, it's there.

27. Routers always have the right-of-way.

28. Side-arms : the command yelled at gamers who continually want to move YOUR figures to where THEY want them to be.

29. Most causes of unease are not from enemy positions, but from your placing troops on the table In the first place.
