Internet Sites

by the Saga Staff

Most of us are aware of the cornucopia of information available on the Internet, in particular the many special interest websites and chat or discussion groups. This column is included to highlight some of those that cover military subjects pertinent to the newsletter.

Saga Publishing’s website (see the inside cover page) is part of the Wargamer’s Ring. The Wargamer's Ring links wargaming web pages together into a community. Presently the ring has over 500 member sites and is the largest and most popular wargaming ring on WebRing. The member pages include sites on boardgames, computer games, miniatures games, and even military history. The WebRing makes it easier for wargaming enthusiasts to find pages on the web that interest them.

To access the Wargamer’s Ring, go to the bottom of the Saga website home page and click on the hyperlinks for the ring. You can go to the hub for a complete listing of all the member websites or select randomly from the sites. Whatever option you choose, this is a good starting point for searching the Web for wargaming sites.

Here are some other sites that you may wish to check out.
