What a long strange trip it's been. We have completed our first theme year of the Penny Whistle. The November issue is always a little special because it is when we mark our anniversary of the newsletter. This completes year 4! We have joined MAGWEB and are seeing our newsletter take its' place on the internet. We are looking forward to more than ever.
