On a more positive note, I bought NaB together with other CoN Series games, since I figured that those would suit me best (I am more interested in operational simulations than in tactical battles). After some time away from the hobby, I decided to look into an area that I know little about - Napoleonic Wars. Well, I am very pleased to tell you that I like the system, and the uncluttered map, VERY much! On the table now Bonaparte in Italy, alongside "The Road to Rivoli" (Martin Boycott-Brown). I am certain where my gaming and reading focus for at least several years to come will be - and where my game-purchasing Euro's mainly will go.... [Ed. sez, Dolf, you've made my day.
