GIANT STEPS

This year we made important strides with our website, where our order processing is now entirely automated. This means you can now view all the details of your pre-orders and change them at our secure site. That should improve our service, streamline processing for you, and leave more time devoted to design and development work! Guillaume has given countless hours to making NapoleonGames.com more interactive. Much of his work is behind the scenes so you might not easily see the differences. To give you some idea of the effort expended, this project began on March 12th I have saved 440 messages with Guillaume on different topics (including our next game, 'Napoleon's Game.')

LOANS

We had more pre-pubs for Highway to the Kremlin (350) than for Bonaparte in Italy (250). We've just finished paying our printer for Highway to the Kremlin ($13,825). But we still have two loans from 1997, around $2000 each, which have to be repaid now.

WARGAME DESIGN

Issue Nr. 6 is printed and will also be shipped next week! If you ordered a subscription since issue 5 was mailed, your credit card for your subscription was just processed, on 11/7/01, either for $17.96, $18.12, $21,75, or $48.86 (scholar).

LA GUERRE REPRINT

We are almost out of 2nd Edition Rules books, and have prepared a new printing with an updated Peace Party rule. This will be the definitive edition, so if you know of any typos or other goofy stuff let us know about it right away. We are also going to include new player mats (designed by La Guerre aficionado Christopher Moeller). The package with the new mats and final printing of the rules will be available separately for purchase, or by free download from the website. We will provide an order blank for it at NapoleonGames.com when it is ready!
