SHIPPING PROGRESS It's nothing to write home about but we have managed to ship all the paid domestic orders for HtK. A total of 490 units have been shipped including 230 to individuals. If you have not yet been charged for a pre-order you will be charged within the next week. If we had any problems processing your card you _should_ have received an email from us on Friday August 3rd asking for a paypal payment, check, or a new credit card number. YOUR HTK CHARGE Charges are being processed by our Consortium partner, 'The Gamers.' If you used a credit card for your pre-order of 'Highway to the Kremlin,' your card was charged in the amount of $41.80, $45.60, or thereabouts. [The merchant name will vary; be assured this charge is for your 'Highway to the Kremlin' purchase.] We had many problems with old expired cards; if you pre-ordered and your card wasn't charged by June 11, you should have received an email from us. If you didn't receive the game or the email notice, please contact us by email. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT Our Web designer, Guillaume Bertrand, is automating our entire order processing center via the web. Within 30-45 days you will be able to access your pre-order status at NapoleonGames.com These changes are going to streamline our operations and will result in more efficient service and less staff time devoted to data processing. RETAILER NEWS Game Stores are beginning to call in with orders for Highway. This promising trend is a result of YOU getting the word to your local store owner. Mark Guttag organized a game of 'Highway to the Kremlin' on Saturday, August 4th at Little Wars, a store in Fairfax, VA [Phone (703) 352-9222]. Martin Svensson and Rob Lindsay joined in. Kevin Zucker was there to walk them through the first turn. Bob Irelan, Randy Heller, and several others stopped by to say 'Hello.' FEATURED RETAILER We are starting a new section to report on our best stores. Our first featured retailer is Fathers & Sons; they just gave us a nice order for HtK.
