1) The top level court of justice has confirmed, at my demand, that the parking around la Belle Alliance is illegal. The owner of the dance hall has to remove it within 10 months. 2) I asked to reopen the trail from Braine-l'Alleud to Plancenoit, especially in the section Hougoumont - L'Aigle Blessé (you can see it on map crossing diagonally past the wood of Hougoumont). After a first agreement, the political authorities changed their mind because the farmer of Hougoumont said that he will allow no more visitors to the farm if he had to reopen the trail.
