I have some corrections for the counters. #1. I have to give you the list of leaders with the combat bonus (star). #2. I am considering making Barclay a '9' instead of '8' (command span). #3. I am considering making the garrisons '1/2' instead of '1' (strength). I will send you the final corrections in a few days. I decided to keep the garrisons a full SP, but by now have a list of 34 changes, mostly adjustments of leader ratings, designations. The latest batch is at the end of this post... Mas is working on implementing these now at final pre-film check. Let's hear it for our proofreader! (me!) Either that or let's flay the designer [:me:] for the number of changes after the m.s. stage! Nappy a '12' for the first time! Much bigger HQ staff in 1812 ... #14. Kutuzov is misspelled 'Kuzutov' (Kuzutov was the general's dyslexic uncle) #15. Switch Poniatowski leader with Supply Source Marker and make Poniatowski RED (All his troops are...) #16. Add a new Phase Marker (Fr. Eagle on one side, Rus. eagle on the other) #17. Subordination Rating of cav unit Valence should be 1/2 [not '1']. #18. Change name of French artillery to 'Lariboisiere' (instead of 'Artillery') #19. Korff (IIC) should be '2C' #20. on three French Vedettes, (Ic), (IIC) and (IIIC) should be '1C,' '2C' and '3C' #21. Delete TWO French garrisons (total of 20 instead of 22) #22. Make the Vistula Legion red, if possible. #23. Change the Subordination Ratings of the following combat units from [3] to [2]: Davout, Oudinot, Ney, Eugene and St. Cyr. Thus their ratings will be 9-5-2 instead of 9-5-3 (St. Cyr will be 5-5-2). #24. Change Napoleon's Command Span to 12 (not 10) = 5[4]12 #25. Eugene's Leader ratings should be 3[3]6 #26. Barclay's Leader ratings should be 4[3]9 #27. Bessieres unit type is CAVALRY (not infantry)! #28. Add one Combat Bonus star each to leaders: Napoleon, Bagration, Barclay, Davout, Ney. #29. On the flags of _all_ the counters, take out the names 'Russia,' 'France'. #30. Add two Russian Garrisons for Kiev and Dorogobuzh & delete Kovno garrison. #31. Change maximum strength of Latour and Grouchy to 2 (not 4) = 2-6-1 #32. Delete Polish Brigade Kosinski. #33. Change Yermalov's command span to 5 (not 4) #34. Remove letter 'P' and add names for Pol.
