WHERE ARE WE NOW?

Another new wrinkle. On January 11th, a beautiful day with highs in the 50's, we moved the OSG inventory! As of now OSG has (finally) taken over our _own_ order handling and shipping. The move (and the inventory login) took three work days from our other projects, which are now nicely back on course. Dave Schubert has promised to help tweak the attrition table for Highway to the Kremlin in the coming days.

THE MOVE?

Why did we move warehouses again? Our discount structure to the stores and distributors was a little different from MMP's, and this added complication for the warehouse people. Also, we didn't get much of a lift from ASL's coattails.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE

Hopefully by the end of the month Wargame Design # 6 will be mailed. We had to postpone the idea of sending out a free issue. If you are a subscriber you will receive issue #6, but probably not otherwise. We are going ahead with a four-page flyer instead. During the week of the 22nd the four-pager will announce the publication of 'Highway to the Kremlin.' That will go out to our entire list as well as 4000 receiving The Gamers annual replacement counter sheet.

Given the current tallies of pre-orders _and_ the present _rate_ of ordering, our publication schedule would look like this:

Highway to the Kremlin
Napoleon's Game
Sun of Austerlitz
Abensberg/Eckmuehl
1813 Quad
Marengo
Smolensk
1812 Eastern Shore
Franco-Prussian War
Bonaparte Expansion Set
Pacific Fleet
Dark December II

If you are not sure if you've ordered 'Highway to the Kremlin,' send us a query and we'll check the database. Please remember there is no new game until we reach the number of 250 orders. As each game gets near 250 it is published!
