In our production-based business, we have cycles that see high manufacturing costs followed by months of catching up with those bills. With the exception of our first game, we have succeeded in paying all our manufacturing costs as we go.

Though we produced only one game in 1999, we made important strides in our pre-advanced program (which reduces production debt), and in withdrawing from the distribution system. Both those moves put a temporary strain on our operation, but since we incurred no new production costs in the year we actually emerged stronger than ever.

OSG is not quite ready to get completely out of debt, though, especially as we accrue manufacturing costs on Bonaparte in Italy. And there is still the production loan we took out back in May of '97 to help pay production costs on Napoleon at Bay. It is now time for us to pay off that loan.

YOU CAN HELP: We are looking for a few angels to take over all or part of the Napoleon at Bay production loan so we can pay off our original creditor. If you are interested in knowing more, please email or call the number in the footer below.
