The numbers presented here are SPs of shipping capacity per month based on the historical loss levels from The Italian Navy in WW 2. The data here depend on the source Dean used to set up the cross-Mediterranian shipping table. It is an option to game rule 4.3b. Using this option, the Axis player has the listed amount of shipping capacity for the month, to be split between supply and units. The total shipped in any one turn should not exceed the listed shipping capacity available per turn as listed for each month on the shipping table. If players wish, they can randomly determine in which turn or turns to apply all the losses in order to represent the loss of a convoy or something similar. The following table shows the total SPs shipped per month, rounded to the nearest token.
