Moments in History (MiH) was founded in 1993 in Germany to publish top-quality wargames. Although the company is based in Germany, MiH produces all its products in the United States because this is where the majority of customers is located.

We think it is most important to provide state-of-the-art products which are well-developed and extensively playtested to ensure maximum playability.

So far MiH has released five board wargames:

  • Triumphant Fox: Rommel's Finest Hour, the Gazala Battles, May/June 1942, designed by Dirk Blennemann
  • Ring of Fire: The Fourth Battle for Kharkov, August 1943, designed by John Desch
  • A Famous Victory, Marlborough vs the Sun King, Great Leaders, Great Battles series Vol.I; designed by Richard Berg
  • Piercing the Reich: The Battle for Aachen, Siegfried Line Campaign, September/October 1944, designed by Dirk Blennemann
  • Fields of Glory, Marlborough vs the Sun King, Great Leaders, Great Battles series Vol.II designed by Richard Berg

In addition, this July MiH entered the collecible cardgaming genre with the publication of Tank Commander: The Eastern Front Edition, designed by John Desch and Ulrich Blennemann. We will support this game system with expansions covering other World War II theaters, starting with North Africa.

Moments in History is proud to join forces with The Gamers, the international leaders in board wargaming, and is looking forward to a fruitful cooperation.
