The WGA ( Washington Gamers Association ) holds a monthly meet at the Game Parlor on the first Saturday of every month.  We are regularly scheduling GAMEDAYS.

The Maryland Historical Gamers club meets at DREAM WIZARDS on the Fourth Saturday of every month, to play historical miniatures games. 

The Northern Virginia Boardgame Society (NOVABS) is an informal club of boardgamers (Euros and Wargames) that meets at Little Wars on Sundays.

The Iron Fist Gaming League are hard-core Games Workshop players that meet at Little Wars, in Fairfax, VA.

The Empire Club is a group of whimsical fellows from the Fredericksburg/Stafford area.  They love to game on a variety of mostly non-historical, ahistorical, alterantive historical and strong science fiction themes.

The Army of Central Maryland is a mostly historical wargame club, and somewhat newish.  They cover the waterfront from North of Washington up to Baltimore, just on the borders of Hawksland . 

The Hawks are a gang of our gaming buddies that inhabit the Harford County area (North of Baltimore).  They are fun and sometimes silly.  We like them.  Be sure to catch their BARRAGE CON convention, which is usually held fairly close to our Fall GAMECON.    We plan on sharing a club room at HMGS's FALL IN Convention with the HAWKS folks.

The Alexandria/Fairfax Gamers Association (part of WGA) meets at Little Wars, in Fairfax, VA, on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from noon until 10 p.m.  Sometimes they meet in people's basements.  Todd Treadway is the guy to talk to

GAMES CLUB OF MARYLAND is a broad and diverse group of mostly boardgamers.  They host a wide variety of events at several different locations.  See the GCofM website for particulars.   Though they don't do miniatures, I like to think of GCoM as the "Sister Organization" to NOVAG, across the Potomac.

The Boardgame Players Association is attempting to develop a national presence in the hobby of board gaming. They throw a major convention, the World Boardgame Championships (WBC) every year.  Many NOVAGii regularly attend this convention, which is usually in Hunt Valley, Maryland (West of Baltimore's beltway).

FanTek hold CastleCon in summer and EveCon in winter; we also have club activities throughout the year at various locations including the FanTek House!
