17-19 SEP'99: Market Garden - WWII Campaign 55th Anniversary of the Battle, WWII COMMEMORATION, WARGAME, AND HISTORICAL CONFERENCE OF HISTORY'S LARGEST AIRBORNE OPERATION. A BRIDGE TOO FAR! A WARGAME TOO GRAND! A MASSIVE Wargame campaign of the September 1944 Allied gamble for a bridge over the Rhine. Special appearances include demonstrations by German British and US Reenactors and their equipment as well as WWII veterans. Operational maps and a computer-assisted campaign with key tactical sectors of battle recreated with 5 rooms of 3D terrain, modified Command Decision III and not a little bit of 15mm Old Glory miniatures.
