All Activities are Sponsored by The Frontier Army Living History Assn. All Proceeds Benefit the Frontier Army Museum  

Simulation Saturday

Simulation Saturdays are the semi- monthly gatherings that meet at the Frontier Army Museum.

  • Hours are Always 10 AM to 4 PM.
  • These Events are always FREE.
  • Games to be played are set in Advance.
  • Dealers are Encouraged to Attend and Bring their goods to Sell.
  • Some Refreshments are Always Provided.
  • Look here for What will be in store for the next Simulation Saturday.
  • Send a Request to be put on a mailing list for announcements for Simulation Saturdays and Our Convention, Spring Maneuvers to limberrider@webtv.net.
  • To offer to Run a Game at Simulation Saturday or to Bring something to Sell, e-mail Tom.
 

Simulation Saturday-August 28th, 1999

Activities Scheduled for August 28th include;

ALAMO! George Knapp brings his constantly improving Alamo Game. Always a crowd pleaser.

American Civil War Tom Day will run a ACW game using the latest improvements to his And One Wore Grey rules.

On To Mexico! Steve Allie will be running his Mexican War game which is always open to veteran and novice alike.

IRONCLADS! John Davis will be on hand to playtest a new set of game rules depicting naval riverine action during the American Civil War. John has been quite successful with his Dogger Bank rules which deal with WWI ship ations but, you may want to try them for Pre-dreadnought as well. The tables are all in the rules for actions prior to and after the scenarios of WWI.

Vendors will include; Buffalo Books and Hardtack Hobbies

See You There! Last month we had alot of kids that played WARHAMMER as well.

Hopefully they will return. Pick-up games are ALWAYS welcome!!
