We received the following press release.--RL Basement Games Unlimited, LLC Looking Toward 1999 In November 1998, Basement Games supported its fantasy role-playing system, Forge: Out of Chaos™ by releasing The Vemora. This 32-page module is the new gaming company's second release since August 1998 when Forge was debuted at Gencon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The module draws the Players into a heroic quest to save a small village whose militia was blinded by a horrible monster. Only by exploring the ruins of Thornburg Keep, a castle abandoned for decades following the outbreak of a deadly disease, can the players uncover a healing artifact and save the villagers. The module was written by Mark Kibbe, the author of Forge: Out of Chaos. It provides an easy introduction to the role-playing game's system mechanics. Offering two new monsters, an intricate puzzle involving the location of the artifact, and background information for the Referee, The Vemora is a strong addition to Forge's product line. At a retail price of $7.95 the module competes favorably with other similar products in the marketplace. For more information on this new release, see you local retail merchant or stop by the Basement Games website at www.basementgames.com. Basement Games is also announcing its cooperative measures with The Game Society. The alliance forged with these dedicated gaming enthusiasts is ensuring demonstrations of Forge: Out of Chaos in retail stores and regional conventions.
