We received the following--RL Imagine Image Multimedia is very pleased to announce a cooperative business venture with highly talented miniatures artist Mark Sergeyev. Access is now available to "The Paper General" where subscribers can download and print-out high-quality miniatures "to their hearts content." This is especially beneficial for traveling wargamers who can log into the site and print miniatures from most hotel services anywhere in the world (great for spontaneous games!). Combining this art with other art and 2-D and 3-D terrain from IIMM, and by using Game Mapper software to create battlefield maps, gamers will be able to "Take Wargames Virtually Anywhere(SM)." The artwork of 28-30mm figures, 1/700 scale ships, and buildings and scenery, will range from Roman times to Street Fighters of the 21st Century (urban gangs like "The Disconnected" and "The Unplugged" vs. "The CyberKnights" for example.) IIMM is now providing access to the artwork in real-time, as "Serge" gets it done and uploads it to the server from his base of operations in the Ukraine. For a one-time charge of only $20 USD (PayPal), subscribers can print from their computers, for their personal use only, as many miniatures as they need. Also, any wargamer who wants to see an otherwise ignored era of military history is encouraged to make a suggestion. Pricing and Cost Structure Current owners of Game Mapper software and "The Wargames CD" can upgrade their online access for only $10 USD. The artwork collection is also available on the shipping version of "The Wargames CD" for $45 USD (currently $40) and on-line access will rise to $40 (from $30). However, the price of the on-line access or the shipping CD will not increase until late fall 2003.
