We received the following item--RL Due to recent organizational restructuring at Wizards of the Coast, we have put the Legend of the Five Rings™ brand up for sale. We believe this pending sale is in the best interest of the game and the fans, and we will do everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible. The Legend of the Five Rings brand has grown remarkably under Wizards of the Coast® ownership, and we want to see this growth continue. To achieve this, we are looking to find new ownership as quickly as possible. We are meeting with several companies interested in the brand, and, regardless of which one makes the purchase, your continued support of this unique and wonderful game under its new ownership will keep it strong. We will still hold the Test of the Emerald Champion global storyline tournament scheduled for January 13-14. We have, however, put all other projects on hold. Once we complete the sale, we will transfer all relevant files and information to the new owners, who will take it from there. Though we are very sad to see the game go, we feel this is the right thing to do. We expect and hope the game will have a bright future with its new owner, and we look forward to enjoying it with you for many years to come. I understand, and have no confirmation of this, that Hasbro demanded a reduced "head count" and this was one way to do it.
